Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect products.
  • Customers must report issues within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Products should be unused and in original packaging.

Exchange

  • Exchanges are allowed based on stock availability.
  • Customized or printed products cannot be exchanged or returned.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Customized orders
  • Used products
  • Bulk clearance items

    Refund Policy

    • Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days.
