Returns
- Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect products.
- Customers must report issues within 48 hours of delivery.
- Products should be unused and in original packaging.
Exchange
- Exchanges are allowed based on stock availability.
- Customized or printed products cannot be exchanged or returned.
Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return:
- Customized orders
- Used products
- Bulk clearance items
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after product verification.
- Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
